Terms & Conditions
Payment and Shipping:
All items must be paid for in full before I will ship them. If you do not pay within 48 hours and haven't contacted me to explain why, I will assume you do not plan on paying and will put the item up for sale again.
Ready-made items will be shipped within 5 business days. Shipping times at checkout reflect this. Contact me if you need your item sooner and I'll let you know if I can get to the post office sooner.
If you purchase a made-to-order item, I will contact you to let you know when it will be shipped out. Feel free to contact me if you would like this information before purchasing. Most pieces will not take longer than a week to make.
Please note that fees may be charged by customs or by your postal system if you are not in Canada. These fees are your responsibility. Customs may also cause delays in shipping.
Returns:
Returns must be made within 1 month of receiving the item and you will be responsible for shipping costs. You will receive a refund once I have received the item.
In most cases, custom items cannot be returned, but I will send plenty of photos to make sure I get them just right before shipping them out.
Repairs:
Please notify me of items needing repair by e-mail before shipping them and include pictures in the e-mail.
Most repairs from normal wear and tear will be free, but you will be responsible for the cost of any stones that need to be replaced.
For pieces that have been damaged beyond normal wear and tear, I will charge an hourly rate plus materials. You may contact me for an estimate, but this may change once I receive the item. Some damage is hard to see in pictures.
The amount of damage and whether or not it is normal wear and tear will be decided by me.
In most cases, you will be responsible for shipping costs for repairs. If the item arrives damaged, I will cover the shipping to get it repaired. Please send pictures of the item and the packaging it arrived in.
Please note that some components are irreplaceable and others need to be ordered in. Irreplaceable components will be replaced with similar ones that I have on hand. If a component can be ordered in, I will contact you to find out if you would like the component ordered or if I should use what I have on hand.
Custom Orders:
I am always able to take custom orders. The amount of time these take to complete depends on the project and my schedule. It may be weeks or months or even a year for larger projects.
When you request a custom item, I will figure out the cost and ask you for 50% up front. This is non-refundable, and I won't even begin ordering supplies before it has been paid. Once I have the supplies, I will start the project and send you photos periodically to make sure I'm on the right track. Any changes to the design we originally agreed on may cost extra.
